2016-16 NBN fibre rollout plan announced
The NBN fibre rollout will be underway or complete for more than 4.85 million homes and businesses by mid-2016, under NBN Co’s 2013-16 national fibre rollout plan.

Australians will have access to faster speeds on the NBN than they can get today over the ageing copper network, following an upgrade to the NBN’s fixed wireless and satellite services.
